Cambridge Quality Tuition
Exceptional Support for Higher Curriculum Maths GCSE at KS4
Maths GCSE results matter and can unlock doors for years to come.
That's why I've built these support programmes, drawing on my experience as a Cambridge graduate with over 20 years teaching and leading Maths departments in top-performing Cambridgeshire schools — to help your child build the skills and confidence to reach the top grades.
I offer various types of support depending on your needs.
- Ongoing weekly tuition and support — the Accelerated Progress Tuition Programmes. This is my signature tutoring service for year 10 and year 11 higher level students.
- A fully structured 28-week Grade 8/9 revision and teaching programme — the GCSE Grade 8/9 Maths Mastery Programme. For ambitious year 11 students targeting a grade 8/9
- A short course to demonstrate excellent revision at grade 8/9 level — the Grade 8/9 Revision Roadmap. I don't just explain concepts—I define exactly what I mean by using concrete, worked examples so there's no ambiguity about what success looks like.
See below for exactly what's included in each offer, and how to access the resources.

Weekly live online Maths tutoring in very small groups, for Year 10 and Year 11 Higher-tier students - to an outstanding level, plus everything around it that makes maths revision and support manageable for both of you.
Small group tuition of this kind is backed by evidence from the Education Endowment Foundation, which found it to be one of the most effective ways to accelerate progress. I offer so much more than weekly tuition — it's complete, wrap-around support designed to accelerate progress.

September enrolment for the Maths Mastery Programme closes at 11pm on Thursday 10 September.
For students aiming for the top grades who want full syllabus coverage at their own pace, this scaffolded course covers the entire Higher-tier GCSE syllabus, broken down across 28 structured weekly sessions. It can begin at the start of Year 11 or later — though I'd always recommend starting in September, giving your child time for calm, structured revision (a session is released per week so it can be worked into a routine) rather than a last-minute scramble.
If you miss the September cohort enrolment deadline, there will be another opportunity to join later. People who join later will still receive full access to all of the sessions, and will receive guidance on how to catch up.
Everything needed for the full revision programme is included in the price.
Programme overview
- Weekly delivery – a new module released every week from the start of Year 11 (mid-September 2026), so revision builds gradually for confidence come exam time
- Full syllabus coverage – the entire Higher-tier syllabus, with Grade 8/9 questions (with solutions) posted directly to your address
- Free access to an excellent platform– included until July 2027, with short weekly assignments linked to key subject videos
Each session includes
- Topic-based lesson – a 20-30 minute asynchronous lesson on the week's key grade 8/9 topics
- Interactive homework – a 20-minute task released alongside the lesson, with each question linked to a video for support if they get stuck
- Exam question lesson – a 20-minute asynchronous lesson working through key questions from a different exam paper each week or fortnight, paced to suit the stage of the year
- Full solutions – worked answers and video walkthroughs linked for every session
The Maths Mastery Revision Programme was developed following over 20 years of teaching and tutoring experience, and a recognition of the need for a fully structured, step-by-step GCSE Maths revision course targeted specifically to achieve the higher grades.
I always encourage my Year 11 students to begin their GCSE Maths revision sooner rather than later. Starting early allows them to revise in a calm, organised and confident way, building knowledge gradually rather than relying on last-minute cramming. This approach helps reduce stress and increases confidence.

Not sure yet? Or looking for something shorter, to show your child how to revise rather than deliver full syllabus coverage?
See the Grade 8/9 Revision Roadmap below — it also works well as a taster for this programme.
GCSE Maths Grade 8/9 Revision Roadmap
£27
A standalone short course, and the ideal starting point for the Mastery Programme. Best used between the summer of Year 10 and the Autumn mocks in Year 11.
This is a revision roadmap, not a full programme - by the end, you and your child will have a plan for how to structure revision to reach the top grades. It includes:
- Structured pacing – 3 weeks (6 hours) of fully structured revision, taking the anxiety out of what to revise, and modelling how to revise effectively
- Teaching resources – 3+ hours of teaching videos on focused weekly topics, with downloadable worksheets
- Weekly problem-solving focus – developing problem-solving skills using real exam questions
- Exam practice – some past papers with full walkthroughs
- Progress updates – emails sent directly to you on your child's progress, plus built in opportunities for your child to reflect on their own progress achievements
- Instant start - immediate access, self-paced, with an optional guided 3-week timeline if preferred
The Revision Roadmap provides your child with a clear, structured approach to GCSE Maths revision, alongside support with several key mathematical concepts to strengthen their understanding.
If you're looking for a guided revision plan rather than comprehensive coverage of the GCSE Higher Maths specification, the Revision Roadmap is an excellent option. It's also a great way to experience the teaching style and approach of the Maths Mastery Revision Programme before committing to the full course.
